A monthly practice community
Guided by Dr. Sarvajna Krishna, educator in Bhakti Yoga, Swara Vidya and Vedic sciences. Two live sessions every month on the new and full moon, a monthly Kala Guide, and a circle of people who practice together.
The insight
Most of us live by the clock on the wall. The ancient seers lived by a different clock: the moon's phases, the breath moving through the nostrils, and the tattvas shifting through the day. They knew there is a right time to begin, to rest, to decide, and to let go. The Conscious Circle brings that knowledge back into everyday life, one month at a time.
Three streams of wisdom
The path of the heart. Devotion and gratitude give practice its meaning.
The science of the breath. Read your own breath and choose the right moment to act.
The science of time. The moon and the panchanga become a map for living wisely.
